Closed Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. We open our showroom / store for pick up s and shopping Wednesday at 1:00 Pm - 5:00 pm Thursday-Friday 10:00 - 5:00 pm. Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM We ask customers give us 24 hours after they place an order to pick up and only pick up during our store hours. We do not have customer pick ups on Monday. Tuesday afternoon is by appointment

Our company, Chemistry Connection sells all kinds of ingredients, organic butters, specialty surfactants melt and pour soap, specialty emulsifiers, and bases for making specialty soaps, cosmetics, and personal care products. We are located at 253 Sturgis Rd, Conway Arkansas 72034.
Our soap and cosmetic making supply store is in Conway Arkansas, just off I-40 at exit 132. When you exit you will be heading west. At the end of the parkway turn right and go across the small bridge about 1/4 mile. We are next door to a local landscape company and have a large U drive. Use the second drive near the mail box please. Parking is by the front steps at the brown metal building.

We typically ship orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received, except for major US Holidays.
Typically, orders received by :00 PM US Central Time are shipped within 1 to 4 BUSINESS DAYS, depending on order volume.Upcoming Holidays may extend typical shipping times.
We offer an Urgent Shipping option If you choose URGENT SHIPPING we will ship on the same business day - Monday through Thursday, if orders are received by Noon CST. Our Urgent shipping option Logo is Featured on the front page of the site link here Urgent Shipping option here and has an explanation of the details and how to use it as well) and it is listed a product added to the cart. This must be added to the cart to activate the Urgent Shipping option.
We only ship out "Emergencies" or Expedited shipments if you buy the Urgent Shipping option and the shipment meets those specified details.. We reserve the right to charge any extra fees for expedited shipping.
Chemistry Connection dba SaveonCitric.com uses FEDEX, UPS, and USPS. For heavy shipments we use LTL Carriers like SAIA, FedEX, R & L, and others. We can ship using your carrier with special arrangements. There may be additional preparation charges if we use your carrier. Chemistry Connection is not responsible for shipments that do not arrive on time. We make no claims or warranties about deliveries. We can not control how quickly a package arrives. We can not control if a carrier will follow special instructions for the delivery of packages.
CHECK to make sure you enter the correct email and street addresses please. We can not Re-Ship for free if incorrect information is entered due to a browser incorrectly entering stored information that is not correct. Check your email after you order (check spam settings and add our email to your addresses if needed.) to get information about shipping status.

To get freight on 50 Lb bags put them in the cart separately and choose UPS Ground. 50 pound bags ship, separately in custom made boxes via GROUND, over 5 and we will check LTL Freight.
If you choose a shipping option, and what you bought will not fit in the chosen box /option properly, we will use another shipping option. If there is a difference in cost we will notify you.
Gallon Containers typically ship Ground or USPS Priority
5 Gallon Pails ship Ground (FEDEX or UPS) , in a specially made box . 5 gallon pails have a pourable and resealable spout
We do not ship soapmaker's lye/ sodium hydroxide outside the continental US. Lye must be shipped UPS Ground Only. And, Buyers must send the signed HAZ MAT waiver by fax (877) -844-4122 or email email@example.com with HAZMAT in subject line, before we ship.
If using an LTL Carrier for heavy shipments we need to know if you have a business address, a dock, and a fork lift, and if you need additional freight services- like a Lift Gate Service, or an appointment for freight shipments. All additional services ordered after we give a freight quote, or that you order when the truck arrives are the buyer's responsibility. Additional freight charges will need to be paid. Please do not order additional freight services when the truck arrives without paying for them. We will need to collect the money after the sale and you agree to pay them if you order additional services not on our original quote.

International Customers We ship Globally
We have several new International shipping options via USPS and FedEx.
Check the tracking, if available via the carrier by logging in to your Rewards account. We only provide tracking if the selected shipping method offers tracking and the carrier provides tracking information. Some international shipping options (1) May not allow tracking and (2) May not arrive due to customs issues, or may arrive late. We typically have no problems with International Shipping but there may be problems out of our control like how quickly something moves through customs. We can not control how quickly a package arrives.
SHIPMENTS TO CANADA: Customs law requires that all applicable Duties and Taxes must be paid for shipments entering Canada. By placing an order with SaveonCitric.com you agree to pay the duties and taxes charged by Customs at the time of delivery. Customs duty and Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be payable, as follows:
Customs duty – Typically 20-30% of product price (based on product characteristics)
Tax – Typically 6-16% of product price (based on province)
Advancement Fees – FedEx fee for processing of duties/fees (currently $8.00 USD)

We will not mislabel or mis-categorize international shipments / packages so customers can avoid paying fees and/or duties. Because of the nature of the products we sell, we only accept returns if we ship the incorrect product. Returns will be in the form of a credit in most cases, and minus any restocking charges and shipping. No returns after 7 days of receipt whatsoever. Call or email us with details about any item you need to return.
Cancelled Orders: If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, email us. If it has not shipped we can cancel it. If it has shipped refuse the package when it arrives. When we receive it we will refund you based on the following method - We charge a 10% restocking fee, we charge for the shipping (if the package was shipped) The balance will be refunded.
Package not received If you do not receive your order, you must let us know within 10 working days of shipment. Tracking information is available by email, or by signing in to the account created at the website. You as the customer agree to give us pertinent, timely, and accurate information regarding the package and merchandise so that we may investigate the tracking and delivery of the package and merchandise with the carrier chosen. If we are not notified within 10 days of the shipment about non-delivery or other disposition of the package it is at our discretion to proceed with further tracking, filing any claims with a carrier and to choose to take or not take any other actions regarding the shipment of any merchandise we shipped to you or for you from sales from our company. The offer to replace or refund for merchandise not received are wholly at our discretion and determination and will be made after we get timely information from customers, and if needed the carrier.
Damaged package / merchandise. If you receive a package that is damaged and you notice the damage as it is being delivered, please refuse it and let us know immediately. If you receive a package and do not immediately notice damage, let us know as soon as you do notice the damage. In any case, we must be informed of damaged merchandise no later than 48 hours of the delivery. We reserve the right to file a claim for the damaged merchandise before shipping replacement merchandise. You agree to give us accurate and timely information about any damage, and all damage must be reported to us no later than 48 hours of the delivery of the merchandise. We may ask for pictures of the package(s) to get accurate information, and to send along to the carrier to file a claim. We reserve the right to determine if a refund or credit is to be made when merchandise is damaged when the terms above are not met.
An unforeseen Shortage of ingredient(s), or a technical problem could potentially cause us to have to cancel an order.
