We occasionally have to cancel an order, and reserve the right to do so. Some of the reasons we may have to cancel an order may include: Unforeseen Shortage of ingredient(s) or other material. Unannounced or unknown Increase in costs from source(s). Technical problems.
Our minimum order is just $8.00 US $
We accept most Credit cards, and Paypal for payment. Our store utilizes the most current security technology offered through our Yahoo store Checkout, and PayPal.
We do not have access to credit card data, and do not save it in a form viewable. Our credit card processing provider and our store have excellent encryption technology available. Our host provider uses up to date Encrypted Checkout System.
Shipping Information and Terms
Unless there are unforeseen circumstances we typically ship orders within 1 to 2 days.
We ship packages Monday through Friday at noon. We can only ship out "Emergencies" or expedited shipments if you contact us directly and we agree. and typically we charge a small extra fee for expedited shipping. We can not be responsible for shipments that do not arrive on time.

See product descriptions for suggested shipping methods. In our shopping cart, there are instructions to help you use our cart and choose shipping options. Use the pulldown menu in the shopping cart (look down to left in most browsers) to choose your shipping option. Or choose the option to "Check out without shipping added" and we will choose the option we think will work best for your order and with your permission charge the amount to your credit card.
When checking out make sure you enter your correct shipping address when you place your order. We can not re-ship for free if we ship to an address you entered incorrectly
Our Goal is to ship orders out in the order they are received , Monday, through Friday at noon.
Unless by special request and we acknowledge and agree to the special request we do not ship packages out after noon Fridays or through the weekend
Orders entered after noon, typically ship the next day.
If your product is backordered we will email you. (Check your spam settings and your Junk folders too.)

If you see a very high shipping amount, you may be seeing our default error amount. This tells you that what you are trying to put in to the selected shipping option may not hold that much weight. Try a different shipping option.

To check freight on 50 Lb bags put them in the cart separately and choose UPS Ground.
Multiple 50 pound bags typically ship via LTL Freight. We can compare UPS Ground and LTL freight. Typically heavier shipments ship via a freight carrier (US ONLY) for the best cost.
If you choose the option to " Checkout without Shipping added and pay separately," Or if you choose "LTL Shipping for Oversize Shipments" Check for an email with shipping charges. Shipping will need to be paid before we ship your order
If you choose a shipping option, and what you bought will not fit in the chosen box /option properly, we will use another shipping option. If there is a difference in cost we will notify you. Please check your email
USPS Medium Flat rate Box generally only holds 6 to 10 pounds.
USPS Large Flat rate box typically holds from 8 to 12 pounds
Gallon Containers typically ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority
5 Gallon Pails ship UPS Ground
We do not ship soapmaker's lye/ sodium hydroxide outside the continental US. Lye must be shipped UPS Ground Only. And, Buyers must send the signed HAZ MAT waiver by fax (877) -844-4122 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with HAZMAT in subject line, before we ship.

Heavy Shipments (Pallets, multiple drums and shipments Typically over 100 pounds)
On orders of 15 gallon, 55 gallon drum orders, and multiple 50 Lb bag orders we use an LTL freight carrier. If you purchase drums, or bags and the weight is 150 Pounds or more we will get a freight quote.
We need to know if you have a business address, a dock, and a fork lift. We also need to know if you need additional freight services- like a Lift Gate Service, or an appointment for freight shipments. All additional services ordered after we give a freight quote, or that you order when the truck arrives are the buyer's responsibility. Additional freight charges will need to be paid. Please do not order additional freight services when the truck arrives without paying for them. We will need to collect the money after the sale and you agree to pay them if you order additional services not on our original quote.
We are happy to have customers check their own freight carrier rates and compare to our quotes.
We ship Globally
We have added many USPS International options. Choose the best method, or to "Checkout without Shipping Added" and we will figure out the best shipping option for your product(s), and let you know the charge to pay separately.
We only provide tracking if the selected shipping method allows it and the carrier provides tracking information to us. Some international shipping options (1)Do not allow any tracking and (2) May not arrive due to customs issues, or they may arrive late. We typically have no problems with International Shipping but sometimes there are problems out of our control - for example how something moves through customs.
We can not mislabel or mis-categorize international shipments / packages so customers can avoid paying fees and/or duties. Any additional fees or duties due upon arrival of any item(s) purchased, are solely the responsibility of the customer. E-Mails are answered daily, and as quickly as we can. Sometimes technical questions may require more time than the questions about shipping or availability.
We typically do not offer refunds on chemicals unless we shipped the wrong item.
